Projects
Deposits secure build slots and are generally non-refundable once work begins [terms]. If we cannot deliver what was scoped, we make it right or refund the affected portion.

In practice
Most issues resolve as fixes, not refunds: tell us what's wrong and we make the scoped work right. Where money does move back, it returns by the method it arrived — card refunds to the card, transfers by transfer — with email confirmation on both sides. Subscription billing is cancellable for the period end from your business app, and your data export stays available per the privacy policy.
